These brief 15-20 minute calls from a volunteer peer supporter can help you on your way with an often difficult task of navigating the health system and life in general. This service is for an individual with new or ongoing mental health challenges. This includes help for someone in an individual's network who might need help. Have a call weekly, biweekly, or monthly for as long as you feel you need assistance. No time period commitment is necessary.

The calls are informal and volunteer peer-led. We aren’t counselors or clinicians, but peer support can really have a big impact in finding help, feeling support, and facing challenges. Many times these calls can be a learning opportunity for both the volunteer and the client!
