Our Services:
Peer Support Calls
Connect 1:1 with one of our Peer Support volunteers and allow them to support you through your mental health journey. Our volunteers can offer support and resources, and just be there for you via phone call(s).
Please note it is not necessary to fill out both this form + resources request form if you’re looking for resources, as this service is included within our Peer Support Calls.
Resources Support
A way to receive resource guidance and recommendations from our Peer Support + Research team in just one intake call. Resources will be provided to you via email following your intake call with one of our team members.

These brief 15-20 minute calls from a volunteer peer supporter can help you on your way with an often difficult task of navigating the health system and life in general. This service is for an individual with new or ongoing mental health challenges. This includes help for someone in an individual's network who might need help. Have a call weekly, biweekly, or monthly for as long as you feel you need assistance. No time period commitment is necessary.

The calls are informal and peer-led by volunteers. We aren’t counsellors or clinicians, but peer support can really have a big impact in finding help, feeling support, and facing challenges. Many times these calls can be a learning opportunity for both the volunteer and the client!

Folks who are not needing as much support and accountability along their journey may benefit more from simply being offered some resources which they can explore further individually.

Yes - folks in Victoria can use an alias or be fully anonymous if they’re uncomfortable using their name for any reason.
